I first ran across this cute baby skirt pattern on iCandy Handmade’s website. It turns out that she made hers based on Made’s: Little Baby Circle Skirt Tutorial & Pattern. Made’s website uses any fabric + an elastic and iCandy Handmade’s website used Jersey/Knit fabric. I think both skirt variations were really cute!
